About

RBT Collective is a sustainability consultancy operating across the UAE and the USA, working with organizations, ecosystems, and partners to create meaningful environmental and social impact.

As the organization continued to grow, there was a need to communicate its approach, value proposition, and client impact in a more structured and memorable way. Verte supported RBT Collective in shaping the content architecture for two key narrative decks, one focused on client processes and impact, and the other focused on partnership and sponsorship opportunities.

The process included interviews with clients, internal discovery conversations, synthesis of project stories, and the creation of a message house to align the organization’s communication around a shared narrative.

Why Was the Project Needed?

RBT Collective had rich experience, strong sustainability expertise, and meaningful client work, but its story needed to become easier to understand, communicate, and scale.

The challenge was not a lack of content. It was about transforming existing knowledge, project outcomes, and stakeholder experiences into a coherent narrative that could speak to different audiences, including clients, partners, sponsors, and ecosystem actors.

RBT Collective needed a structure that could clearly explain what they do, why their work matters, how they create value, and what kind of impact their work enables.

How Did We Solve It?

We approached the project as a narrative strategy and content design process.

First, we conducted discovery conversations with the RBT Collective team to understand their background, strategic direction, service portfolio, and aspirations for future partnerships. We also interviewed selected clients to uncover concrete stories of value, transformation, and impact.

Then, we synthesized these insights into a message house that could serve as the foundation for future communication. This helped clarify the central narrative, supporting messages, proof points, and key themes that needed to come through across different materials.

Based on this narrative structure, we developed the content for two presentation decks. One deck focused on RBT Collective’s client process, methodology, and impact stories. The other deck focused on partnership and sponsorship opportunities, helping the organization communicate how others could join, support, or amplify its work.

What was the Impact?

The project helped RBT Collective transform scattered experiences and project examples into a clearer, more strategic communication structure.

The message house gave the team a shared language to describe its work, value, and impact. The client impact stories made the organization’s work more tangible and credible. The two narrative decks created a stronger foundation for future business development, partnership conversations, and stakeholder engagement.

Beyond producing presentation content, the project helped RBT Collective articulate its role more clearly within the sustainability ecosystem, connecting its design strategy roots, client work, and impact ambitions into one coherent story.
